Dr Andy Piers, CEO
Andy is senior executive from the chemical and forest products industries with more than 20 years experience. He is a former member of the executive board of Swiss public company Clariant. Andy has extensive experience in managing businesses in bio-renewable materials, renewable energy, and cleantech, as well as experience within private equity. Andy has spent much of his career within major corporations such as Clariant, International Paper, Union Camp & ICI. He has managed renewable energy projects for both strategic investors and private equity across the value chain from forest investments, fuel production, power generation, and consumer energy supply.
Heimen Perdijk, COO
Heimen is a senior executive with deep experience in integrated supply chains, operational and engineering management. Heimen has nearly 20 years of experience in the process and automotive industry. He has lead a variety of organisations covering from green field operations through to complete automotive integrated supply chains. Heimen has had Global operational responsibly within blue-chip industrials and an extensive background in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, including qualifying as a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma.
Maarten van Rossum, CFO
Maarten is a an experienced Chartered Accountant, coming from a career within major financial and consultancy firms as well as major industrial companies. He has a broad track record in M&A transactions on both buy and sell side financial due diligence and has been involved in numerous trans-national and global transactions as well as in corporate recovery and restructuring projects.
Dianne Wyss, VP North America
Dianne has been involved in the development of several coal enhancement technologies. She is a member of management committee of the North American Coal Water Fuel Partnership. Dianne was also involved in the development of coal/oil agglomeration technology in conjunction with National Research Council of Canada and is a founder of the American Coal Council Coal 2.0 Alliance, an engineered coal fuel products producer consortium.
